The way I handled 2023 was not by chance. ☺️ I often jokingly said I went to Hogwarts.
I did.
I am here as a vessel, a megaphone to bridge the science and spiritual world.
Week
we will combine the 8-limb of yoga practice with neuroscience tools to shift our vibration, mindset, and the way we present ourselves in this world.
You will go home feeling so light, have the tools to clarify your purpose in this life, and to unleash the power within.

Morning: Pranayama, myofascial flow and drills (Asana), guided journalling
Afternoon: Lectures + Fun activities (beach, volcano excursion, massage, (optional: surfing, biking, horse riding))☀️🏖️
Evening: Restorative, meditation, yoga therapy, body reading*, kirtan! 🎶
Here as a messenger to awaken your inner power and to show you tools to release resistance that blocked the flow of your brilliance.
When we practice daily for a week, your inner being will shift. By the time you go home, you’ll be ready to rock n’ roll.

If you have attended the dome event last Sept,
you know how powerful that we could leap into the infinite world. Since then, I have been receiving many mystical stories from you.
‘Coincidences’ become regular incidences when we allow them. 💫
