Course content:

  • is this a teacher training? not quite, but we are definitely going to learn and grow together.

  • how woo woo is this? breathe. it’s the perfect balance of science + magic. YOU are the magic. you decide. :)

  • fun and engaging way to learn. digestible science, promise!

  • asana: some flows, drills, restorative. My intention is to design the practice to make you feel so safe, jolly and giddy that you can tap into your heart freely. ❤️

  • yes, plenty of time to read books, hang out with buddies or do your own activities. (plenty is my relative definition)

Room:

  • the team will be around for the whole week to keep your room tidy

  • if you need to see more photos of the room, message me

  • your package include room, meals, course content, and massage

Airport - Fuerteventura (FUE)

  • 35-min to Villaverde

  • transfer will be organised

Other optional activities:

  • catamaran trip

  • surfing €50 per day

  • horse riding

  • bike tours €25-35 per day

  • kite surfing €90

Dietary:

  • the menu is designed by Jo Dombernowsky (nutrition advisor), I remember how clean and light I felt after a week of her love
