​In this class, we will be sharing about body-mind connection, and the type of physical exercises that facilitates neuroplasticity which affects our cognitive functions 🧠, behavioural and emotional responses.

Neural plasticity combines our experiences and moulds them into learned memory patterns. We use these patterns to understand our world, process pain and other feelings, and to move our bodies.

Myofascial Vinyasa - Spiral Line (SL):

​SL wraps the body in a double spiral to help maintain postural balance across all planes. It connects the foot with the pelvic, and helps determine efficient knee-tracking in walking.

IF imbalanced, the SL creates compensatory movements by maintaining twists, rotations, and lateral shifts in the body.

​Wonky much?  Let’s retract those compensatory patterns, and restore our natural, healthy alignment.
