As much as I love the aesthetic of backbends, our physical’s restriction (rigidity) whispers a deeper tale. Our body acts a conduit of unexpressed emotions. The way we breathe tells a lot (esp. in backbends), when we gaze upon the unseen weights we carry, we learn what part of us that we are protecting and resisting ☺️ .

My intention is for you to feel lighter holistically, to have the tools to tune into your heart, and to have FUN. 🤸🏻‍♀️
