it has been my dream to run a community class in Manchester.
gathering all students and teachers to deepen our practice in meeting Self.

each month we will cover different theme (dharma talk + asana) to empower you to live from a place of love. our past does not define who we are, and every day we can choose to align ourselves to a new story.

just like the annual Meet Your Heart retreat, this is your mini monthly retreat.

we chant (harmonium), lecture, myofascial asana, AND restorative (zenthai massage - oh the dream! 😂) .

30-min harmonium + dharma talk
60-min asana flow
30-min restorative massages 💆
15-min journalling time.

THIS is THE class to attend. you are sorted for the month.
